Alexis Goujard of France’s Revue du Vin de France did a whistle stop tour of the best French fizz for its November issue. “There’s more to life than just Champagne”, he said, “there’ a multitude of different styles and appellations throughout France: Crémant, Blanquette, Montlouis, Bugey …”
He included the Crémant de Limoux and the Blanquette de Limoux from Rives-Blanques in his selection of Aperitif wines that are also good with food.
