One of Britain’s most respected national newspapers, The Independent, choses 9 white wines to shoo the summer in, including a number from the South of France, “sometimes the source of more individual and interesting wines”.
One such is the 100% mauzac from Chateau Rives-Blanques, Occitania 2016 “the first wine I’ve encountered that recognises the new name of the region”.
