A group of winemakers who share the same single purpose of making wine in the Languedoc, ‘that great space of freedom’, but come from other parts of the country, or other parts of the world, will be hosting a private tasting in Montpellier for the trade and press on the eve of Millésime Bio, 26 January.
The Outsiders are part of a new wave making waves in the world’s biggest wine region: different people from different countries and different continents looking from the outside in with fresh eyes and new ideas.
Their wines cover the gamut of what is allowed and what is not allowed in the great appellations of Languedoc Roussillon.
