About our Blanquette de Limoux (shown here with Cédric, of the Atelier des Vignerons), Tamlyn Currin said:
Smells of English hedgerows in late spring and the green-gold vegetal-floral-spice smell of a rape field in flower. Floral and earthy, ethereal and gauzy yet daubed like a potter’s wheel. A wine that makes me think of a small child dressed in a fairy outfit but up to her knees (and chin) in mud and having the most wonderful time. Only bone-dry Blanquette de Limoux can capture that kind of wild, fay spirit, and this one distils the very essence of it. GV 16.5 pts.
