An interesting selection of the Great Wines of the South of France was published in this month’s edition of Terre de Vins, covering the wines of Languedoc, Roussillon, the Rhone Valley, Corsica and Provence. They included one Blanquette de Limoux: from Chateau Rives-Blanques, “with its fine bubbles that offer a bouquet of fruit and great balance”.
