The prolific, much-decorated, most respected Dutch wine-writer, Hubrecht Duijker, today gave his blessings to our new Limoux blend called Le Limoux.

« The result of the blend is a lovely Limoux, » he said, « full and round, with elements of apple, pear and peach, a touch of tropical fruit and a pinch of spice. »
