Simon Hoggart, The Spectator’s wine correspondent, who also doubles up as a famous parliamentary sketch writer, found the Rives-Blanques Pays d’Oc (chardonnay-chenin) to be « deliciously light, yet capable of standing up to hearty meals », and featured it in The Spectator’s special offer for Easter.
