June 2018: The regional food magazine Midi Gourmand features the Rives-Blanques mauzac, Occitania, in its summer edition.

« This 100% mauzac is a wine of history, of roots, of culture … a wine of here, a region called  Occitanie, » says Anne Schoendoerffer, wine writer of the Midi Gourmand.  It is very food friendly and goes with almost anything, she continues, and is « a really lovely wine ».
