IGP Pays d’Oc
Grape variety: Chardonnay
This is our favourite every-day wine, a chardonnay harvested in the cool of night, sorted by hand, and pressed even before the sun has risen.
It is, as we say, “simple but not stupid”: a great wine to have before a meal, with a meal, or after a meal.
Many Michelin star restaurants have this wine as their house-wine – because they know it is a good and constant companion that never becomes boring.
No wonder it has been selected several times as one of the top white Pays d’Oc wines over the last few years, and appointed Ambassador of the Languedoc, surely the world’s most exciting and diverse wine region.
Fabulously fresh and bright and confident.
