Our Chenin blanc Dédicace 2012 is a success, with little notes of yellow peach and lily, ample and harmonious. The mauzac Occitania 2012 is perfumed, with floral connotations, a round finish, and marries intensity with suppleness. And ‘very agreeable’ is our Cremant Blanc de Blancs, with its mix of floral and appley notes, and its fine and fruity mousse. “Nice and full on the palate” adds Mr Dussert-Gerber.
