Odyssée is our big gold medal winning wine, made to be shared with good food and in good company. It is fresh, mineral, and elegant; restrained yet full bodied and wonderfully aromatic.

Gold-medal winner of the Chardonnay of the World, Decanter and other competitions, this wine is often compared to a top Burgundy.  “Limoux has some of the top chardonnay fields in France, outside Burgundy,” says Jancis Robinson, MW

We harvest and sort the grapes by hand, and ferment and age the wine in custom-made French oak barrels.
