Appellation Limoux Protégée
Grape variety: Chardonnay – Chenin Blanc – Mauzac
Rives-Blanques is well known for its trio of appellation wines: a Chardonnay, a Chenin blanc and a Mauzac. The newest addition to our collection is a ‘true’ Limoux – the three grape varieties allowed by the appellation, in a single bottle.
Blending the grapes brings a new and special dimension to this wine, and it will keep you company all the way from the drinks before dinner right through to the cheese at the end.
