This is the thoroughbred of the Rives-Blanques stable, and the favourite at the sommelier’s table.
La Trilogie is a very special limited-edition blend of the best barrels of handpicked chardonnay, chenin blanc and mauzac from our top fields. We do not try to make the same wine every year; our goal is to capture all that is best about the year, and put that in a bottle.
And so we make this wine only when the year has something really special to offer us. And then we make the wine in a very special way, so selectively that we can produce only two thousand bottles.
It’s our little bit of self-indulgence.
