Grape variety: Chenin blanc

Until very recently, Dédicace was the first and only Limoux made from 100% chenin blanc, a grape variety that is sublimely at home in Limoux’s climate and conditions.

Atlantic and Mediterranean influences meet headlong on our plateau, making this a rich, full chenin blanc,  endowed with extreme elegance and unmistakable minerality. With cellaring, even more layers of complexity surface, yet Dédicace always retains its buoyant freshness.

Every bottle tells a story – and that is why we dedicate every vintage of Dédicace to someone who has fired, inspired or encouraged us on.
